The head of court number 6 of Barcelona has issued a restraining order this morning against the photojournalist Jordi Martín after the complaint filed against him by Clara Chía, the sentimental partner of former soccer player Gerard Piqué, which she herself ratified last Wednesday before the magistrate , according to the order sent to both parties.

The judge decrees the distance of 400 meters from the paparazzo from the residence, workplace or any other space where Clara Chía is located, with the exception of public events where Martín is authorized to attend, in which case the distance is reduced to 20 meters.

The magistrate also finds evidence of criminality in the actions of Martín, who published the first photos of both the couple and Clara Chía alone in various media, acknowledging the suffering denounced by the young woman.

Specifically, it points to the non-legitimacy of the photographer to sneak into the wedding of a close friend of Piqué to obtain the first published images of the couple, to repeatedly access the private parking lot of the home that both share and to star in persecutions in a vehicle at high speed, hindering the passage and endangering the safety of the complainant.

This is a decision that only has one precedent in Spain, paradoxically handed down in favor of Shakira when the singer had the same lawyer as Piqué and Chía now, criminal lawyer David Velázquez. The precautionary measure is valid for three months, extendable.
