Alejandro Sanz admitted a few days ago that he was not going through his best moment. The composer shared through his social networks that he was going through an emotional patch, confessing that he was “sad and tired”, something that worried his followers; that they later discovered that he was also coping with his breakup with the Cuban artist Rachel Valdés after three years of love.

The 54-year-old composer and the 33-year-old painter have taken different paths. The affection and respect remain, but the singer has acknowledged that he is living a difficult moment. Now, he has also stated that he wants to move on, focus on his music and continue with his life. This was demonstrated in his first public appearance since his breakup and his worrying messages. It has been in Úbeda (Jaen), where the musician offered a new concert that none of his unconditional fans wanted to miss.

The breakup of the musician and the painter would have occurred two weeks ago, according to the magazine Hello!. Valdés left the house where they both lived in Somosaguas and took all his belongings, settling in Barcelona provisionally. Apparently, the couple did not overcome the crisis they were going through.

Although they have not communicated it publicly, it would have been the interpreter of Corazón partío who would have made the decision due to wear and tear in coexistence and a difference of opinion.

A piece of news that came just days after the unexpected message from Alejandro Sanz, in which he shared how he feels at this moment, confessing that he was working to get over those feelings that sometimes made him feel that “sometimes I don’t even want to be . Literally”. Sanz assured that he was working on improving his state of mind and added that “when I go on stage, something inside me will tell me what to do.”

The singer, very sincere, opened his heart to the world to raise awareness about his state of mental health, knowing that there are thousands of people in the same situation.

“I know that there are people who feel that way. If it works for you, I feel the same way”, confessed the musician, who immediately received the support of all his followers, colleagues, friends and family, including his daughter Manuela and his two ex-wives, Jaydy Mitchell and Raquel Perera.

These words raised speculation about possible financial debts, to which is now added the sentimental break. However, referring to the message, in which he expressed his discomfort, Sanz explained: “I tried to be honest and I wrote it because I felt it that way, and it was very beautiful.”

The singer emphasized that his words had nothing to do “with anything or anyone. It’s a hole that suddenly appears here and it’s not clear why… And from that hole in my chest I want to thank you for being here and for understand me”.
