Look at the beautiful landscapes of Berguedà. For the photography fan, it is very interesting to know the region, since it is very varied and photogenic, as can be seen in this report in Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia.

We can see spectacular landscapes in all seasons of the year. Here we show photographs of various municipalities in the region.

Berguedà is a mountainous transition zone between the mid-mountain and the Pyrenees, where we will also find high mountain areas, such as Pedraforca, the Cadí, Moixeró, Puigllançada and Comabona massifs, with elevations above 2500 meters.

The Berguedà region is made up of the Llobregat river basin and the Pyrenees mountains. We can find various tourist places, such as the sanctuary of Santa Maria de Queralt, located north of the city of Berga, at an altitude of 1,200 meters. This place is known for its spectacular view from the Balcón de Catalunya.

Pedraforca is one of the three most emblematic mountains in Catalonia, along with Canigó and Montserrat. The most touristic towns are Berga, Gironella, Gòsol, Bagà and Castellar de n’Hug.

The gastronomy of Berguedà is very varied and has typical dishes. Sausages, which have enjoyed a certain fame for some time, are also important.
