The judge who is investigating a teacher at a school in Boadilla del Monte accused of recording underage students while they changed their clothes has extended the investigation of the case for six months, given the slow progress in the judicial investigation for different causes, including highlights the lack of resources of the court.
The detainee AM, brother of the director of the center -who is also president of the association of independent private schools-, is accused of having videotaped sixth grade primary school students (12 years old) from the center when they changed their clothes to physical education classes.
Legal sources have confirmed to EFE that the magistrate of the Investigating Court number 5 of Móstoles has made this decision to ensure the investigation into the alleged events that occurred at the Virgen de Europa school, about which for the moment only the magistrate has appeared on investigated teacher, who accepted his right not to testify.
The delay is due firstly to the fact that the court did not have sufficient means to dump and process the seized images, and had to warn the Community of Madrid to solve it, as well as the strike of the administration lawyers Justice (LAJ) and officials.
Precisely the strike of the LAJ forced to suspend the declarations of the director of the center, who is the brother of the investigated, and of other teachers, scheduled for March 21 and that will finally be held on July 5.
Last May the court found that the deterioration of several of the hard drives found in the professor’s house, which were perforated, prevented obtaining information from them and therefore investigating possible old abuses, committed years ago. The Civil Guard has been able to access other devices in which more recent abuses are allegedly seen.
This case came to light in October 2022, although the teacher’s arrest took place months earlier, in June, when a neighbor from Villanueva del Pardillo found a camera in a backpack and, when she turned it on, saw images of girls changing clothes. clothes without being aware that they were being recorded. Once made available to the Civil Guard, the agents determined that the anagram of the Virgen de Europa school in Boadilla was visible on the uniform of the students.
When putting the images in the hands of the Civil Guard, the agents saw that a teacher appeared in them who was allegedly the one who put the camera to record in a private school in Boadilla, and they arrested him, in addition to intervening in his house for about 30 complete hard drives and another twelve die-cuts.
The first investigations revealed that the teacher allegedly proposed to the 12-year-old audiovisual arts students to shoot films in which they had to change their clothes several times for the different scenes, some of them in the pool.
He used his office as a changing room and there he placed a hidden camera, according to the investigators.
