‘La Voz’ continues to demonstrate its power on Antena 3. After the acquisition of the program in 2019, Atresmedia has continued to bet on the format and demonstrate that it is one of its flagships. Now the show reaches its tenth edition in Spain, fifth for those from San Sebastián de los Reyes tying with Mediaset, and little by little new details are being learned about it. In this case, it is the coaches.
Luis Fonsi, Malú, Pablo López and Antonio Orozco have been the four chosen for this new installment of the contest that Eva González will present in the coming months. Atresmedia has not wanted to aim too far within the options and has opted for four familiar faces, who already know what it is to participate in the program. In fact, they have all been coaches in multiple editions of the show, including its time at Mediaset.
For Luis Fonsi it will be the third consecutive occasion in which he is in charge of choosing talents. In total, the Puerto Rican already has four accumulated editions in his history. The singer is no stranger to the program or to the world of music. Since ‘Despacito’ took off, the artist has broken up to seven Guinness records and has considerably multiplied his record at music festivals.
In the case of Malú, this will be the second time that he has held the position of coach under the umbrella of Atresmedia. After having made full in all the editions of Telecinco, the Madrilenian disappeared from the program for four long years. It was not until 2021 that she returned in style, before taking the role of adviser in the last edition. It should be noted that the inclusion of Malú has been one of the most applauded so far on social networks.
Pablo López will be a coach for the fifth time, after having accumulated two years in a row as a consultant at Mediaset. The Fuengirola singer was absent from his performances in 2021, but he still fulfilled the role in the other editions of the program. Being one of the most important artists in the country, López has managed to win in the three versions of the program in which he has participated, a triple crown that is difficult to replicate.
Finally, Antonio Orozco will occupy the position in the chair for the sixth time, one of the oldest with Malú. The Barcelona singer was also an adviser on one of the Mediaset editions, specifically the 2017 edition. Like Pablo López, he skipped the 2021 edition before returning last year. One of the most established voices on the Spanish scene who recently had to overcome a polyp on his vocal cords, which he underwent surgery at the beginning of the year.
