A greyhound sneaked into the tunnel of the Acacias Metro station this Wednesday and has caused the interruption of the service of line 5 of the Madrid underground. It has been 120 minutes in which various operators and security agents have combed the tracks to find the animal and rescue it
After 9:00 a.m., the dog entered the Metro tunnel at the Acacias station. And from there, scared and disoriented, he has climbed the tracks in the direction of Callao, forced to cut service at different stations on line 5 to the north.
At 11:30 a.m., a group of Metro de Madrid workers and security guards managed to rescue the dog from the tunnel and take it outside where the municipal services took charge of the dog and transferred it to a protection center animal.
