“These elections are not about the future of Sánchez or Feijóo, this year’s elections are about your lives and the answer we tell you is Sumar”, thus declared the second vice president, Yolanda Díaz, this Wednesday at the candidacy presentation ceremony of Sumar for 23-J in Madrid.
Accompanied by members of her electoral program, Díaz has shared that she considers that the next general elections are mainly about “having a better life” and “not about the future of any politician.” The candidate herself has mentioned that, for a year, her party has been “adding talents that have solutions to the problems of Spain.”
During the presentation ceremony, the vice president emphasized the importance of reducing the “price of life” in the country and compared current Spain to a house in which “people cannot afford to buy, rent and mortgage”. In addition to the cost of living, Díaz added that these elections are also about “ecological changes, cultural rights, decent work and being able to live together within the country.”
The Sumar candidate ended the event by clarifying that the party “will go out to win” these elections, “the best are with me and the plan will be effective.” It was planned that the presentation ceremony will take place at 11 in the morning on June 21, the transmission has started a little late.
