El Hormiguero continued its week of guests after Patrick Criado’s visit and did so by receiving two actors such as Antonio Tejero and Jose Manuel Poga. Both talked about their characters in La Fortaleza, a film that will hit theaters on June 23.

Tejero, who is already a Platinum guest on the program, gets into the role of the notary who must inform the children of a millionaire what part of the inheritance corresponds to them after the death of their father. What none of them knew is that they would have to complete a macabre game as a last will.

The children will have to bury him with their own hands, a process that will not be easy and in which their miseries will come to light. The objective of this game is to uncover the great secret of the family, which only a few know and which has been hidden for years.

In addition to Tejero and Poga, the cast of this film is completed by big names such as Fernando Cayo, Goya Toledo, José Manuel Poga, Vito Sanz, Carla Nieto, Lola Casamayor and Manuel Zarzo. All of them are part of this project that will be released in a few days.

The filming of La Fortaleza took place in an abandoned castle in Almendralejo, in Extremadura, completely abandoned. According to what the guests of El Hormiguero have confessed, they “felt strange energies” in one of the rooms, so much so that when they entered it they felt as if they were being touched when there was no one there.

There was also time to talk about a new project by Fernando, another film called Últimas voluntades, which will be released on June 30 and in which he is the protagonist. At that moment, almost moved, he thanked the Valencian presenter for the opportunity to promote it in a space with such an audience: “We are late with the promotion.”

“I have done a job that has left my heart,” he confessed about what he thinks is the best of his entire career. But the difficulties of this tape do not end there, since Pablo brought to light an important piece of information: “You had to reach an agreement with the drug lords in the area so that they would let you record.”

Fernando had to explain that the story takes place “in the marginal neighborhoods of any city” and to record they went to “Murcia, in the real marginal neighborhoods and then, the people, if it came out of their noses, they would not let you film”. In order to finish, he revealed that “three or four gypsies from the neighborhood had to be hired”.

“Not the police or anything, they were the ones who controlled everyone so that we could shoot. They put up their billboards in the neighborhood, they gave the orders when it was possible to shoot and the people who could enter,” he recalled with a laugh. Although she fondly remembered it, she confessed that “the Police there are afraid to go” because of how dangerous it is.
