Martínez y Hermanos, the program presented by Dani Martínez on Movistar Plus, ended its season this Thursday with three exceptional guests: Teresa Perales, Pau Gasol and David Bisbal. However, it was the man from Almeria who caught the attention (and the applause) of those present for a funny anecdote that happened to him at an awards ceremony.
It all happened as a result of a question launched by the program: “Have you given the note in an act?” And here Bisbal, brought to light a funny earth, swallow me moment from which he has not yet recovered and which continues to cause him a lot of shame. And is not for less!
“I’ve given cante and note more than once in my life, continuously”, Bisbal began by answering the question asked by Dani Martínez. “But, I do remember one that, I don’t know why, I haven’t recovered yet. Every time I tell it, I feel like… ‘No, please’. And it makes me angry ”, continued the singer.
Next, Bisbal went on to recount that moment land, swallow me: a music awards ceremony in our country where he was nominated along with other colleagues.
However, “the presentations of the artists who were nominated did a bad job, or at least I had that feeling, because when they named me I already felt that I was the winner of that award.”
Then, Bisbal emulated the same gestures that he did in that swallow land: he got up from his seat and, in a very euphoric way, raised his arms in victory and encouraged the audience to applaud him. But, at that time, Bisbal was only nominated. “I did like that, I swear… and to the public I did: ‘Good! Let’s go!”, He recounted starting the laughter of those present.
“And it was the first name they said,” stressed the singer. In fact, his manager didn’t know where to go and asked him to sit down and stop his enthusiasm. “I swear to my father, I’m telling you now, and I’m getting nervous,” he assured.
Luckily, Bisbal ended up being the winner of that award, but he continues to blush for it: “What a shame, I swear, I go back in time and… do you have a heart rate monitor?” And it is that the past trouble, nobody takes it away.
Likewise, the anecdote of the man from Almería gave rise to the occasional joke on the part of the presenter, who went so far as to point out that, seeing the singer’s reaction to the nomination, the rest of the nominees must have thought that those awards were bought.
