There is no doubt that the wedding of Tamara Falcó and Íñigo Onieva has become one of the events that will mark this 2023. There is such an expectation to see what happens in the link that will seal the love in one of the couples who have come and gone the most and various catastrophes have suffered in recent months; that there is no one who is not counting the days until it arrives and the best kept secrets of the ceremony are revealed.

Until then, the couple must continue to overcome the challenges that life presents to them. Because if Tamara Falcó sprained her ankle and a few days ago she underwent a detox treatment that sparked a nationwide debate on the diversity of bodies; Her fiancé was not going to be less, because just a month ago, Onieva was left without a job.

While Tamara Falcó was left without a wedding dress, her future husband left his position as director of business development for the Mabel Hospitality group and was in charge of public relations for the Madrid restaurants Tatel and Totó, owned by well-known faces such as Rafa Nadal, Pau Gasol and Enrique Iglesias. A position that she would have requested after the change in the presidency of the company, which would have made a restructuring without space for Onieva.

Luckily for the young engineer, his period as unemployed -although he continued to work for the group managing certain administrative aspects of the Lula discotheque, whose night management he left months ago- has not lasted long, because he has found work. Specifically, as a non-majority partner of an emblematic, historical site, such as the Café Gijón in Madrid.

A new position that fits like a glove and with a project that he would be excited about, since he will be in charge of “modernizing” it for the new season. A group of investors has taken over the mythical venue, a classic of the gatherings of yesteryear on Recoletos street, and has saved it from bankruptcy. Now, they intend to make it one of the points of reference and fashion in the capital.

A project that, as the journalist Beatriz Cortázar, in charge of revealing the news, anticipated, will not begin until the beginning of 2024. Thus, Onieva will have time to enjoy these first months as a married man and, why not, plan to expand the family with his new wife, if that is the idea that, as all the rumors suggest, they have in mind for the very near future.

Just a week and a few days after the wedding, more and more details are known about what is already described as “the wedding of the year.” The couple will get married in style at the El Rincón palace in a celebration planned in detail and with more than 400 guests, including, in addition to the respective families of the bride and groom, the model Eugenia Silva and her husband, Alfonso de Bourbon; or her in-laws, Alfonso de Borbón y Escasany (brother of the Duke of Seville) and Marisa Yordi de Borbón -a close friend of Isabel Preysler for years-, as well as her sister-in-law Alejandra de Borbón Yordi.
