Alma Cortés Bollo gradually recovers her routine, after being expelled from Survivientes 2023. Raquel Bollo’s daughter is taking advantage of these first weeks back in Madrid to resolve the intestinal problems that affected her during her participation in the contest, and that now they reappear. These complications would explain why the young woman has lost less weight, compared to her other colleagues.

Bollo has Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). “I had a lot of stomach problems. I went to the island with them and now I have returned with more, ”he explains on his social networks.

The Survivors 2023 contestant has placed herself in the hands of specialists to reduce discomfort and treat this painful syndrome. According to what he told in several Instagram stories, this week he had to undergo some tests: “I think they are going to do blood tests, stool tests and I think they are going to send me a colonoscopy, from what they told me.”

Bollo has never hidden the bowel problems he suffers from. Neither did his mother. Raquel Bollo has not hesitated to come out in defense of her daughter every time someone insinuated something about her excessive weight. “She has irritable colon, it is something that she is also suffering from there. She has gotten a little bit all together,” she explained in one of her speeches during this edition.

The young woman has also charged against those who have questioned her image: “I am already in Seville, not with the same joy with which I got on the AVE to come, the truth. You know those of you who followed me from before and those who did not I’ll tell you again, I had a lot of stomach problems. I went to the Island with them and now I’ve come back with more.”

Even so, Alma Bollo has recognized that she maintains some unhealthy habits. And she wants to correct them. For example, do not abuse the cocoa cream. The second, binge eating, although she is trying to reduce them in recent weeks, something not easy with the arrival of summer, where more massive lunches and dinners are celebrated.
