Participating in Survivors is not a bed of roses. Neither is it being in Honduras, isolated from the madding crowd, with hardly any food and dealing with nature, nor is it later, when, upon returning to Spain, they have to get their bodies used to normality again.

This is precisely what has happened to Adara Molinero, finalist and second classified in the 2023 edition, who has published the consequences of her participation in reality on her social networks. The woman from Madrid has shown the physical consequences of the contest and has also revealed the consequences that it has had on a psychological level. Because, as we say, the island takes its toll.

Adapting to the routine is not an easy task after competing in Survivors. All Robinsons, to a greater or lesser extent, find it difficult to return to their lives, mainly due to those physical and psychological consequences that go beyond an abysmal drop in weight.

In the case of Adara Molinero, the finalist opened a round of questions through her Instagram stories to answer the questions of her followers. And this is where we find out how she is currently. One of the first things that the woman from Madrid shared was a photograph with some marks on her legs: they were the injuries suffered due to mosquito bites.

“My scars after Survivors”, read the comment that accompanied this image of the finalist’s legs. And it is that, as we have seen, Adara has been one of the contestants who has fought to the end to get the prize. So those signs are partly a reflection of how hard she’s struggled to make it to the latest show.

Another problem she suffers has to do with menstruation, as has happened to other female contestants as well. “My body kind of went crazy. The first month it came twice and then it stopped. Since then I have not had it again ”, she assured. On the other hand, on the psychological side, she Adara had no qualms about revealing how she feels.

“It has been very, very, very hard, but I have had a great time”, he explained in another comment about what it has meant to be in Survivors 2023. And in another story he revealed his problems with food: “I continue to eat like an animal and I have fear of running out of food or having it taken away from me”. Let’s remember that, throughout her contest, Adara always recounted the inexplicable feeling of hunger that she had for her and that disconcerted her.

Lastly, the finalist also confirmed that she is having a hard time putting clothes back on and putting aside the bikini and walking barefoot. “I’ve had to get used to it,” she concluded.
