The journalist and collaborator of Vamos a ver is one of the contestants of the new edition of Supervivientes and one of the great supporters of Carmen Borrego, who is trying to adapt to the complicated experience in Honduras.
During the last installment of the program Tierra de Nadie, presented by Carlos Sobera, the Telecinco space broadcast new images of the journalist with his partner Javier Ungría and in which we could see him confessing the secrets of his relationship with María Teresa Campos’ daughter.
”My mother has been passing away for eleven years and that is the biggest blow I have ever had in my life. And then I got out of control and couldn’t find my way. I poured myself into my friends, I went out a lot at night… And I met Terelu,’ the journalist began by saying about the sad event that marked his life and his courtship with the presenter.
The contestant explained under the watchful eye of his partner that at the time they met, they were both going through a bad personal moment. ”She was coming out of cancer, she was also in a sensitive moment, and we became very friends, and we had a very beautiful story, which then in the end we decided was not going anywhere, and now we are close friends”, he confessed.
About what the beginnings of the romance were like, Kike Calleja said the following: ”We went out a lot, we went to dinner, we had a great time, and that time gave me life. Terelu saved me from that sadness that I had and I always told her that. We helped each other because she was coming out of her story and I was coming out of mine. Then I made her book of her memories with her, and in doing so I discovered that her father had died on the same day and month as my mother.’
Since then, the journalist and the presenter have always had “a very special bond.” ”We are very friends, and she is now a friend of my wife. We consider ourselves family. “I love her and her family very much, but especially her because she appeared at a very important moment in my life,” he declared.
