The National Police arrested two butroneros who stole more than 100 boilers and air conditioning units valued at 140,000 euros from an establishment in the Madrid town of Parla, reports Servimedia.
The alleged perpetrators accessed a retail establishment, disabling the alarm means and making a butron to steal the boilers and air conditioning units, which were valued at 140,000 euros, as reported by the National Police on Wednesday.
The investigation began when the agents learned that a robbery had occurred at a boiler company. Judicial Police agents from the town of Parla went to the commercial establishment noting that they had entered the interior by making a butrón.
After the robbery, the detainees tried to sell the boilers and air conditioners at a price well below market value.
The Police established an operation that culminated in the arrest of two individuals as alleged perpetrators of a crime of robbery with force. In addition, an entry and search was made at an address in the town of El Álamo where more than 50 boilers packed in their original boxes were recovered, which were returned to their owner.
