An explosion at the Pirotécnia del Mediterràni company in Vilamarxant, Valencia, has left two injured, one of them seriously, according to sources from the local police in this municipality to Cadena SER. The notice has been received around 9 in the morning. Emergencies has mobilized the health services that are acting at the scene. At the moment the causes of the accident are unknown.
The explosion has affected one of the manufacturing booths, which has prevented it from reaching the rest of the manufacturing areas, according to statements by a member of the emergency team. Fire units have moved to the area to act on the effects of the incident.
