A woman has been taken to the hospital injured after a paraglider fell on her when she was on a beach in the Tarragona town of Cambrils.
Mossos sources have informed EFE that the accident took place around 8:00 p.m. yesterday when, for reasons that are now being investigated, a paraglider fell on top of the umbrella under which the woman was protecting herself on El Dorado beach, in the said town.
The pilot of the paraglider was unharmed but the woman was injured and was taken to the hospital by members of the Medical Emergency System (SEM).
