Isabel Preysler arrived this past Saturday at the El Rincón palace with a big smile just a few hours after the wedding of her daughter Tamara Falcó with Íñigo Onieva. The “queen of hearts” made her entrance with a summery tunic-like design with floral, Navajo and hummingbird motifs, a very cheerful and comfortable dress to make the car trip from her house to the palace but it was not the chosen one for the ceremony.
Preysler did arrive perfectly made up and combed at the venue and, once inside, she donned a spectacular design that Wes Gordon, Carolina Herrera’s creative director, created exclusively for her. Isabel, considered one of the most elegant women in Spain, caused a sensation with a beautiful yellow dress with a print of peonies.
The mother of the bride wore a very feminine design that breathed that eighties aesthetic that she likes so much. Preysler exuded sophistication with an elegant design made with silk organza and with a halter neck, one of the most flattering because it stylizes the shoulder area, decorated with a 3D flower in the same fabric.
A dress that also had long sleeves, a long skirt to the feet and a belt of the same fabric with which she stylized her spectacular figure. This design was actually a version of the blouse that is part of Carolina Herrera’s spring-summer 2023 collection, one of Isabel’s favorite brands.
Wes Gordon was inspired by one of his childhood books, The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett, to create romantic designs in which there is no shortage of flowers and feminine fabrics, made with delicate fabrics and very feminine details that perfectly show how It is the woman Carolina Herrera.
Preysler completed her perfect guest look with a clutch in the same powdery pink as the dress and a most sophisticated hairstyle, a low bun parted in the middle that exposed her precious Rabat earrings.
