A 43-year-old woman was arrested yesterday as the material author of the murder of her partner and partner of the bar they ran in Calella (Maresme), La Terraza de Pablo, which was also used as a home. The aggressor, after a violent argument, stuck a knife in the back of the victim, with whom she often had violent disputes.

The Mossos d’Esquadra received a call alerting them to a fight in the bar shortly before 4 in the morning. Several units of Mossos, local police and a van from the Medical Emergency Service (EMS) went to the establishment located on Carrer Vallderoure, a very central area in the heart of the hotel zone, very close to the Bisbe Sivilla high school.

The premises, as municipal sources have acknowledged, was operating irregularly as it did not have all the operating permits. The police had already had to intervene on other occasions due to the numerous violent riots the couple had been involved in.

After questioning the woman, they realized that she offered contradictory versions of the events, which is why they came to the conclusion that she had been the material author of the stabbing.

An EMS ambulance was also dispatched to the scene and was able to administer first aid to the victim, who was in a very critical condition but maintained his vital signs. After stabilizing him, they transferred him to the ambulance, but he died on the way to the hospital.

The case is the responsibility of the criminal investigation area of ??the northern metropolitan police region, although the local police of Calella also participated until they located the injured victim. The agents have not been able to provide information because the judge has decreed secrecy in the investigations.

The residents of the area did not notice the police presence as it was very common for the couple to fight. It is about two people of Colombian origin who joined forces to launch a place that never ended up working. Apparently, the man wanted to break society, which could have triggered the aggression. The bar functioned sporadically as a venue for family parties.
