Tamara Falcó and Íñigo Onieva got married last Saturday in El Rincón, giving the best possible climax to one of the events of the year. The union was celebrated before the watchful eyes of the 400 guests, a true “who’s who” of today and the world of the heart in Spain.
After the ceremony, the banquet and a great party followed, thanks to all the preparations that the couple carefully managed during the last months. However, there was something else added for the end.
As Leticia Requejo revealed on The Ana Rosa program this Tuesday morning, the newly prepared couple surprised their guests with some anti-hangover pills. It was a collaboration with a medical company that markets this type of product, and Falcó and Onieva left several units of these pills ready for the arrival of those attending the banquet. It was Íñigo’s idea, after having tried them at the wedding of Isabelle Junot and Álvaro Falcó.
According to the collaborator, it is a natural product presented in a special design designed for weddings. In addition, not only was it taken during the banquet and the after party but they were also used at the post-wedding brunch that they celebrated with their inner circle at the Ritz hotel last Sunday.
It was not the only gift that the couple brought to their guests, since they also presented them with a large chocolate cake to lower the effects of alcohol before saying goodbye. It was just at the time to recover their mobile phones, which were removed from the ceremony to avoid leaks.
It was one of the last anecdotes of a wedding that gave the media much to talk about. One of the television collaborators who was able to comment the most on the matter was Isabel Rábago, from the Telecinco program Ya es mediodía, who highlighted several uncomfortable moments that occurred during the prolegomena and the wedding ceremony. Rábago confirmed that the main protagonist of these discomforts was Isabel Preysler, who was very distant.
During the moments before Falcó’s arrival at the altar, Preysler was especially cold with her now son-in-law. Once Tamara entered the room, both Íñigo and her mother Carolina Molas, who in the previous one would have threatened to leave the premises, began to cry. Apparently, Isabel did not understand the emotional reaction of both and would have found it quite strange. “Her face was ‘you are making a fool of yourself,'” Rábago said.
Another moment that exasperated the ex-model occurred when Íñigo tried to remove Tamara’s veil. The businessman was left halfway and needed assistance from Chabeli Iglesias, Preysler’s eldest daughter and sister of Enrique and Julio José Iglesias.
The eldest daughter had to get up to help them, creating some distension among the attendees. However, according to Rábago, Isabel did not participate. Íñigo’s mistake in calling her Isa and Manuel Falcó’s “incendiary” speech finished off the party for Preysler.
