Tamara Falcó and Íñigo Onieva have already married. The couple managed to reach the altar -despite the setbacks and challenges they had to face on their way- and celebrate their dream wedding at the El Rincón Palace, surrounded by family and friends. A party in which they were the absolute protagonists, leaving aside, surprisingly, the ‘queen of hearts’, Isabel Preysler.

Many wondered if it had been a slight from the couple, but it seems that the mother of the bride herself would have decided, along with her mother-in-law, Carolina Molas, to remain in the discreet background. She almost went unnoticed -not for her son-in-law, who tried to win her over for the umpteenth time, without success-, but watching at all times that everything turned out perfectly, as usual.

The second daughter of the socialite is the result of her marriage to Carlos Falcó, Marquis of Griñón. A girl who has already become a woman, she has lived her entire life with her mother and is a worthy successor to her elegance and style. Perhaps for this reason, Isabel Preysler is closer to her than to some of her other children, which is why she watches over everything that might happen to her.

It is not a secret that Isabel Preysler has not just been convinced by Íñigo Onieva as a husband for Tamara. In fact, she was one of those who tried to make Tamara think better of it before giving Íñigo Onieva a new chance after their breakup, but her daughter’s wishes and love ended up taking precedence over any advice her mother could give her.

Perhaps for this reason, he decided to stay by her side, next to her in every step she has taken until she reached the altar. Finally, the day of the wedding, he spoke about that great moment and its meaning, although perhaps not with all the sincerity he would like.

Moments before the link, she conducted an interview with the magazine Hello!, in which she talked about many things, but among others, about whether she considered that the wedding was the “verification of the triumph of love”, the socialite limited herself to not give his own opinion, and he answered: “I think that everyone has been able to verify that this is the case. My daughter is very much in love and the whole family is here supporting her.”

Something that Tamara also insisted on in the hours after the link, making it clear that her mother “respects a lot” her opinion. She has forgiven and moves on. “My mother knows that all of her children are adults and we can make our own decisions,” she explains, insisting that for a mother “there is no perfect couple.” Tamara reveals that Isabel Preysler had a private conversation with Íñigo, after which she only told him “that the important thing is to see us happy, and that’s what matters to her.”

A wedding in which the bride’s brothers were present, except for Enrique Iglesias, who chose not to travel from Miami to Spain with his family for the event. Even so, Isabel Preysler chooses not to talk about that topic and focus on how happy Chábeli Iglesias and Ana Boyer were with Tamara; or how Carlos Falcó would have been moved to see his daughter dressed as his bride.
