Today, Mediaset has a large staff of presenters across all its channels. From the most recognized and popular such as Risto Mejide, Jorge Javier Vázquez, Ana Rosa Quintana and Dani Martínez to those who have joined the task this season, as has been the case of Sandra Barneda, Beatriz Archidona and Santi Acosta. And this afternoon, exceptionally, another name has been added to them.
Antonio Rossi, a regular contributor to house programs such as Let’s See, has had to take the reins of Telecinco’s morning show during this Thursday’s broadcast. It was not the first time that he was in charge of such a task, occupying the main seat during the summer months in It’s Already Midday. However, on this occasion he was already doing other substitute work, in this case as a co-presenter.
The usual task of presenting Let’s See since it was launched last September has usually been concentrated on Joaquín Prat and Adriana Dorronsoro. During the Easter holidays, the San Sebastián communicator has given up her place, giving Rossi the opportunity to once again stand next to the main presenter. And this Thursday noon, he himself was in charge of conducting the final minutes.
During the bulk of the program, Rossi and Prat have managed the management of heartfelt content, accompanied by regular collaborators such as Marta López, Alexia Rivas and Bibiana Fernández. The situation, however, has changed after covering the “spicy culture” test that took place in Survivors: No Man’s Land. From there, Joaquín Prat has disappeared from the couch and Antonio Rossi has taken the lead.
The native of Lecco had responsibility for the last topics and minutes of the program, even giving the step to the broadcast of Informativos Telecinco starting at 3:00 p.m. “Thank you, colleagues, for making it easy for me,” he commented in his farewell. Likewise, Adriana Dorronsoro has been in charge of presenting the social chronicle section, one of the highlights of the program, during today’s holiday.
Rossi had already gained notoriety this week on the program for criticizing Survivors about their management of Carmen Borrego’s temporary leave: “The head plays tricks, but others also have a head that is playing tricks on them and there is condescension towards Carmen Borrego that there is not with the others. Everyone has anxiety. Everyone has anxiety symptoms. It is not a constant illness. It is a case of specific anxiety.”
