The news that Bertín Osborne and Gabriela Guillén are expecting a baby has captured all the attention since it was originally published in Lecturas magazine at the start of Wednesday. The singer and presenter will be a father again at the age of 69, something that has sparked controversy for remembering what he experienced a few months ago with Ana Obregón and for Bertín’s own statements.

In words for EsRadio, Osborne assured that the baby was “neither wanted nor wanted” and tried to distance himself from Guillén. For this reason, the woman has decided to break her silence and, just a few hours after knowing her exclusive, she has given her first television interview to the Telecinco program Así es la vida.

“I’m pregnant and happy, with riot hormones”, began an extensive 2-hour conversation with the space presented by Sandra Barneda. “There are days that I wake up happy, there are other days that I see an ad and I start to cry, and that’s what it is,” she has confessed.

Gabriela assures that she does not feel completely covered “at the moment, but the circumstances are what they are and things have happened like this, so you have to accept them and put a smile on them to assimilate it in the best way”, in her own words. “The only important thing for me today is my son,” she has sentenced, asking “not to have any problem” with Bertín “or with his environment.”

Gabriela Guillén has been honest with Así es la vida about how she felt when she found out she was pregnant. She claims to have been “shocked” when taking a test at the pharmacy and verifying that the result was positive. “I could not assimilate the news,” she said, confirming that “the feeling was not pretty because of the surprise” it was for her and for Bertín.

The presenter’s reaction was very different from hers. “She remained silent and was as surprised as I was,” says Guillén, who called Osborne by phone to tell him the news as soon as he heard about it. “(Bertín) is already as old as he is, he is different,” Gabriela concluded about it.
