Burger King has gone viral on networks and has stunned an entire country with its new offer presented in Thailand. The fast food chain has presented a product that consists of a hamburger stuffed with slices of cheese. And they are not few.

The product, which is called The Real Cheeseburger (the real cheeseburger), is made up of the classic buns, but inside, instead of the usual burger, there are about 20 slices of cheddar cheese.

The chain has marketed it as the “cheese lover’s” burger, and the recipe doesn’t include any sauce or other ingredients. Just bun and melted cheese.

“This is not a joke. It’s real,” Burger King had to clarify last Sunday in a message posted on its social networks in Thailand. The product went viral and many influencers went to the chain’s restaurants to try it out.

The launch price has also contributed to this success. The new ‘hamburger’ is on sale for 109 Thai baht, which is 2.80 euros; while another option with meat in the restaurant usually costs 380 baht, which would be €9.75.

After it was launched on Sunday, a Burger King branch in Bangkok had to stop accepting delivery orders for the cheeseburger on Tuesday because it feared running out of stock to serve in the hall.

This new product has aroused all kinds of reactions on social networks. “I’ve only been able to finish half of it” or “it’s too intense and cloying” are some of the comments made by people who have tried it.
