These days the acclaimed Wimbledon championship has been held in the United Kingdom, the official tennis tournament organized by the All England Lawn Tennis and the Croquet Club that has been organized in Great Britain since 1877.

After many games, difficulties and great rivals, the Spanish Carlos Alcaraz took victory in a tremendous final against the Serbian athlete Novak Djokovic. At 20 years old, the Murcian yesterday became the youngest winner of the tournament in the last 37 years and ranks as one of the strongest tennis players on the current scene.

The match was followed by millions of viewers around the world, but many people went to the sports competition facilities to watch the final match live. Among the public that attended said event, some public figures of the stature of Brad Pitt, Hugh Jackman, Kate Middleton, Prince William or our king, Felipe VI, stand out.

Precisely Jackman, an actor known for his roles in Australia, Les Miserables or The Greatest Showman, starred in one of the funniest moments of the day when he asked the Spanish monarch for a photo and shared it on social networks, something that drew a lot of attention from his most of 31 million followers.

With a big smile and the illusion of a little boy who is living a great experience, the Australian artist uploaded the iconic photograph in which he goes out with the king to his stories and wrote “Felipe VI, King of Spain” so that no one had any doubts.

This was not the only image that the actor shared, since a little before he uploaded a photo of the finalists of the tournament thanking them for the show and congratulating their performance: “Absolutely incredible to have witnessed this match. Congratulations Carlos Alcaraz on winning Wimbledon. We’ll be cheering you on for years to come.”

For his part, the actor dedicated some affectionate words to Djokovic that hinted that the Serbian athlete had had a very nice gesture with him: “To one of the greatest of all time, Novak Djokovic… You are a champion not only on grass but on all surfaces. Thank you for inviting Deb and I to sit down with your family and team. It was a great privilege! Forward!”.

The actor said goodbye to Great Britain with a very emotional reflection in which he thanked the Serbian tennis player and his wife for giving him the opportunity to live such an experience, since he had really enjoyed it a lot.

”Thank you Novak Djokovic and Jelena Djokovic for a day we will not forget,” the actor wrote in a story that he uploaded to his official Instagram account, very excited to have witnessed such a high-level sporting duel.
