The crockery is usually the element that attracts attention at a table, and although on this occasion the elegance of the plates decorated with floral motifs and ornamented with matte gold is indisputable, the glassware is so spectacular that it takes center stage.

This is the Empório collection, from Vista Alegre, made up of unique pieces, handcrafted by master glassmakers. The way the glass is cut produces a magnifying glass effect that accentuates its brightness and luminosity. The deep red stem of the glasses adds charm to the glassware. Likewise, we can appreciate how the chandeliers reproduce the effect of diamond tips, as if it were the façade of the Palazzo dei Diamanti, in Ferrara (Italy), which inspired this extremely subtle craftsmanship. This variety of shapes and carvings manage to give an aristocratic air to the table, while giving it a unique distinction.

The writer Emma Goldman once said that she would rather have roses on a table than diamonds around her neck. She did not say anything about when “diamonds” serve to serve great wines. She sure would have appreciated it.

Everything from Vista Alegre: Tableware, God Exotic collection; Empório collection glassware and Diamanti model chandeliers.
