Joana Sanz tries to continue with her life despite the almost eight months that she has been the involuntary protagonist of the controversy after the admission of her still husband, Dani Alves, to prison. The Brazilian international has been in jail since January 20, accused of allegedly raping a young woman in a Barcelona nightclub on December 30. Despite the defense’s attempts to obtain probation, the court has repeatedly rejected that request.

The model decided to ask the soccer player for a divorce, a procedure that they have not yet carried out, presumably due to various disagreements. Meanwhile, she tries to get on with her life, focused on her work commitments and trying to cope. Among other things, the harassment of the media, something that she has confessed to her followers that she still does not take particularly well.

The Canary Islander has always lived dedicated to her work in the world of fashion, in a discreet background while she was married to the former F.C. Barcelona. However, since the controversy began, her name has not stopped appearing practically daily in the media.

One of her followers asked her on Instagram precisely because of that old anonymity that she enjoyed and if she missed it, something to which the model responded very sincerely: totally.

“I’m worried that anyone could be taking photos of me at any time. It’s a very uncomfortable feeling,” acknowledges the model, who doesn’t feel too safe when she speaks either, fearing that any private conversation with her friends could be recorded and used for financial gain. .

“I don’t enjoy the simple things in life as much,” he admits, acknowledging that he feels real “panic” to get home and see that there is some media on guard duty.

To this, we must add the hundreds of threats that both she and her friends receive daily, for which she considers taking the step and filing a complaint, some of them even involving death. The reason, her intention to separate from Dani Alves after all the scandal that has ended with the player imprisoned in Barcelona.

“You’re going to die, bitch. We’ll find you anywhere, bitch. You make fun of your husband after he apologizes to you, bitch. We are authorized to kill you,” says one of those messages, which he showed on his social networks.

As if that were not enough, Sanz also has the family of her still husband against her. Ney Alves, brother of the former Barça defender, has always been very clear about her animosity towards the Canary Islands. In his last messages to his brother, he had no qualms about including the occasional dart against her: “You are a human being and you only made a mistake with your wife. And that is not a crime to treat you like a criminal. We are going to show the world that you are not a rapist and never will be. I love you, my brother.”
