Rihanna has managed to sell one of her two mansions in Beverly Hills (Los Angeles), the most expensive zip code in the US, losing money. She bought it in 2021 for about nine million euros at the current exchange rate and although she put it on the market in May for 9.5 million, she has finally sold it for 9.3. And that little surplus value will go down the drain from a recent tax created in Los Angeles County.
Thus, the star born in Barbados has closed a dubious deal with Tracey Jacobs, new owner and member of the powerful representation agency United Talent Agency, whose most important clients include Harrison Ford, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer López, Tim Robbins, Arnold Schwarzenegger, LeBron James or Johnny Depp, among many others, as well as the best-known television presenters in the US.
The Tudor-style property, built in 1939, has a main house and a separate guest house on half an acre of land. In the first we find four bedrooms and five bathrooms distributed over two floors with spectacular vaulted wooden ceilings, several fireplaces and French doors. The master suite (upstairs) features a fireplace and private bathroom with double vanity, black marble shower and classic claw foot tub with gold fixtures.
