Sandra Barneda has become one of the most monitored figures in Mediaset since the start of the year. Entrusted with the herculean task of replacing Jorge Javier Vázquez and the veteran Sálvame, the Catalan presenter took her place as host of Así es la vida, a light afternoon magazine with greater emphasis on local events. At the moment her audiences have not favored her, and today she has disappeared from the set to round off.
This has been announced by his partner César Muñoz, who has been in charge of conducting the program this Thursday afternoon. He did it jokingly, announcing that he had also been left, like the artists Shakira and Rosalía, protagonists of the latest serials in the world of the heart. And it is that in reality Barneda was on one of the adjacent sets of the Fuencarral studios, preparing the premiere of his new program, La última noche.
“Today I feel a little Rosalía and also Shakira. What have they left me? Sandra is not here because I think she has gone with someone else. Sandra Barneda, I am not going to show any statement, but I want you to say things to my face. Who have you left me for?” Muñoz asked a few minutes after the program began. The camera connected with the presenter, who feigned surprise and was with the rest of her team, rehearsing.
And it is that Barneda will be in charge as of this Friday of The last night, the program that will be in charge of replacing Deluxe during the coming months. Likewise, the driver indicated to her partner that she was not alone: ??“I won’t let you. I’m only leaving you for someone who’s going to have one last night with me. You have caught us in a dress rehearsal, as you will understand, we have the day to day. But now I’m with Pablo González-Batista”.
In this way, Sandra gave way to the person with whom she will present the format, a hybrid between current affairs and the world of the heart, both the most serious and the most informal. González-Batista was until now director of content for Sonora, Atresmedia’s audio platform. Similarly, his description on the Televisión Española website classifies him as a scriptwriter, broadcaster, presenter and director of podcasts and documentaries, among others.
After a small exchange of good atmosphere, Barneda and González-Batista have taught César Muñoz the dish of the program, where the color black stands out. As both drivers said, there is room for everything: from choirs of dancers to a long catwalk, including a large extended screen and raised sofas for the great guests. All this from this coming Friday night, in which the Catalan will once again replace a Sálvame product.
