Miguel Bosé and Nacho Palau continue to be in the spotlight. The couple announced their divorce in 2018, after more than 26 years together and four children together, born through surrogacy. But what could have been a separation away from the media focus and scandals, became one of the most commented breaks, after both have been facing each other in court for the custody of the children.
After months of judicial problems and information, this past May a court ruled that the minors were not siblings. Therefore, according to the Supreme Court, two of the children were biological children of one of them and the other two, of the other. This resolution was a hard blow for Nacho Palau who filed an appeal in which he asked that both his ex-partner and he be recognized as parents of the four minors.
After this arduous legal battle, the children have been able to spend a few days together in Palma de Mallorca, at the express request of the court ruling, which establishes that by law they have to spend the holidays together, although they are still not recognized as siblings.
This issue is one of the great issues of today, which is why programs like Yas verano, the summer version of Y ahora Sonsoles, presented by Rebeca Haro, wanted to deal with it in the last hour of Monday. “They are not children who are taking a vacation for the love of their parents, I think the relationship is a little better than it was, but it is not a fluid relationship,” commented journalist Isabel González.
“There was a phrase from that sentence that is devastating. She said something like they had been adopted before separating. They tell me that Miguel Bosé is trying to soften a bit the image that he has had lately in Spain. Between the issue of the judicial sentence, the issue of vaccines, and all those troubles in which he has been involved, informatively speaking,” declared Isabel González. ”He got into eleven-vara shirts all by himself,” added Lorena Vázquez.
”Despite the Supreme Court ruling, he is softening positions, both with Nacho Palau. He is more given to that family reunification and I interpreted and I want to believe that we will still see those four children together outside of those summer vacations, “said Beatriz Miranda, stressing that this information had been given to him by a great friend of the singer, Boris Izaguirre.
