A young man remains with a reserved prognosis in the Intensive Care Unit of the Dénia Hospital after being gored last night by a bull in the chest and knee during bullfighting in the Alicante town of Calp, as confirmed by municipal and health sources.
The injured man was transferred to the aforementioned hospital, where he was operated on, and is currently admitted to the ICU, the same sources have indicated.

The wounded man suffered several gorings as well as an antler puncture in the knee and chest. Previously, another man was struck and fell backwards from a high surface, although the injuries he received were minor.
The ‘bous al carrer’, organized by the Bous Comissió, are held on Conde de Calp street. They began last Sunday and will continue until this Saturday with two releases each day, one in the afternoon and one at night.
