In addition to being one of the toughest sectors, with more hours of non-stop work, few days off and precarious economic conditions, workers in the hospitality sector have to put up with not-so-correct attitudes from some customers.

And it is that the repeated mantra that dictates that the customer is always right has been the premise on which what we know today as the customer service experience has been founded for decades. However, this is not always the case.

For example, in the last few hours, a Tik Tok video has gone viral in which the well-known content creator Dean Redmond, who works as a waiter in a restaurant in New York, has recounted his bad experience with a client.

The story begins with the aforementioned user arriving at the establishment and demanding a table inside for seven, including a dog. For reasons of space availability, Dean has indicated that he only had room on the terrace, which has already caused a first annoyance.

Later, this client has also asked that they change the music of the place to be able to listen to Amy Winehouse. Immediately afterwards, she also asked if the restaurant had a specific menu for her dog. Upon receiving a negative response, the man has become angry again.

To make matters worse, this same man has asked that the sandwich he had ordered be changed… and he ended up getting pissed off because the waiter didn’t ask his pet if he wanted dessert.

Finally, before leaving, he assured the waiter that he would give the establishment a bad grade, alleging the difficulties they had caused his dog. In short, an unpleasant and almost surreal experience.
