Úrsula Corberó has become one of the best-known Spanish actresses internationally for her role as Tokio in La casa de papel. The artist has managed to gain almost 22 million followers on Instagram, reaffirming that her life interests many people. However, she has never been known for talking much about her privacy, until now.

The Catalan returns to star in a Netflix series after taking a break of a year and a half: The body on fire. To promote her, Corberó has given an interview for Vogue Spain magazine, where she has assured that she was about to not accept the role: “I did not want to fall into the tabloid, or the morbid, or the patriarchal.”

Úrsula Corberó wanted to remember the stage of fame that the series of robbers gave her. “It was good, but then reality came. And the reality is that people don’t know you that much, your followers drop you, ”she said. And it was at that moment that she decided to get away from her for a while: “Suddenly I was fatal. Everything was falling apart. I lost my way a bit too.”

The actress is used to dealing with all the problems that come with being in everyone’s spotlight. Even so, she has not been shy about admitting that she requires psychological help: “I have been doing therapy for many years. Since I was 17 years old.”

After addressing these hard moments for her, Corberó has confessed her thoughts about motherhood. At 34 years old, the Catalan believes that she is in a “good moment” in life, although there are things that she did not expect. “I have always visualized myself as a very young mother, but later you realize that the reality is different and the years go by,” she has confessed.

Despite not planning to get pregnant right now, she wanted to get involved with the most needy children. She has wanted to announce for the first time that she collaborates with Save the Children, being her first Spanish global ambassador, and she has not hesitated to travel to Senegal. “I’m still processing a lot of things from the trip, I knew I had to prepare for this type of experience,” she said.

But if she is proud of something, it is her relationship with Chino Darín, with whom she has been with for more than seven years. A couple that was reinforced during the pandemic, since they spent it together in Buenos Aires. Even so, she did not take very well being away from her family in those difficult times.

Although it seems that he has been able to find the ultimate love after some failed attempts. And it is that she does not hesitate to shout her love to the four winds. “I have already lived in other relationships with taking things clandestinely and being very reserved, and I realized that no, in the end it does not work. There will be people who do, but for me, because of my way of being, it did not go good,” he confessed.
