On September 23, singer Julio Iglesias will celebrate his 80th birthday while staying completely out of the spotlight. On the occasion of this event, television channels such as La 1 or Telecinco are already preparing special programs dedicated to the artist’s life, with the opinion of some of the public figures who know him best.
Despite his advanced age, Iglesias has tried to stay young through a series of aesthetic touch-ups that he has undergone throughout his career. This has been discussed this Thursday in the program Así es la vida, from Telecinco, which has reviewed all the surgeries that the singer has.
The issue has led to an intense debate on the relationship between these interventions and aging, something for which the Sandra Barneda space has had the opinion of the expert in cosmetic surgery José Manuel Gómez Villar. “It depends on psychology and how each one deals with aging, which must be carried out as well as possible,” said the doctor.
After dismissing Gómez Villar, the commentators of Así es la vida joked with the presenter about the need to carry out this type of retouching on the face. “Sandra does not need anything because she is privileged by nature,” they said before Barneda herself confessed that she does have some of these interventions.
“You know that I took off the dark circles, the bags were genetic and I took them off,” said the communicator to the surprise of the collaborators. This conversation has given rise to Sandra Barneda to talk about one of her great fears in life: “It didn’t hurt, and I’m also terrified of going into the operating room and I was terribly afraid, and it was spectacular,” she confessed.
The presenter concluded by giving advice to those who may have a similar feeling to hers. “As always, you have to go, get advice and a good doctor, and all those things,” Barneda settled.
