On Easter Monday afternoon I captured this photograph of the small storm as a farewell to these days of so much weather movement. The image is taken from Roca del Vallès, in the Vallès Oriental region.
The snapshot we see in La Vanguardia’s Readers’ Photos was captured with a Canon R6 camera and a Canon 100-400mm telephoto lens as well. Due to the strong wind I had to use the car as a screen so that the image was clear,
The photograph shows us various levels of clouds at the top and how the rain falls as if it were a curtain at the height of the mountains.
Precisely, only in the part of the image where the rain can be seen is there clarity in the sky, because above the dark clouds only provide darkness, since they shelter the storm.
The meteorology has left us spectacular images this Holy Week, when the rain has made an appearance in Catalonia to provide a little relief in this context of drought.
