The recent DANA that has hit the entire national territory this weekend continues to wreak havoc in many parts of the peninsula. Madrid and Toledo have been two of the regions that have remained on red alert all weekend due to the heavy rains that were going to occur.

The strong storm has left a situation of chaos in different parts of Spain, where there have been floods, rescues in homes and cut roads. The Madrid town of Aldea del Fresno has been one of the most affected by torrential rains. The rains have been of such magnitude that even bridges in the town have been completely destroyed.

Given the situation, numerous famous faces today have taken to their social networks to detail their experience with the torrential rains to their followers. One of those who wanted to tell what her return to Madrid was like was Paz Padilla. The presenter was in Barcelona to perform her show El Humor de mi vida. This play inspired by her book of the same name will be on display at the Teatro Apolo in Barcelona from September 1 to 24.

Although at first she did not trust that she would be able to return home due to the strong storm, the presenter and her entire team were able to catch the train to Madrid without any inconvenience. Upon her arrival in the capital, the comedian showed on her social networks the large amount of water that was falling. ”My goodness, we’re going 40 km/h,” declared the presenter.

This same Monday, the presenter has reappeared on her social networks to continue telling how the journey back home was. ”Last night was an odyssey getting home. It was raining, you can’t imagine. She was super overwhelmed by my chickens in my garden. How could I arrive I covered the chickens with an awning. It continues to rain here a lot, but we no longer have that alert,” he began by saying.

Moments later he showed his garden and the current situation of his chickens. ”I am very worried about my chickens,” she declared. ”It’s horrible, I have the whole garden flooded,” she assured. After explaining her experience, the presenter taught in her stories how the Seville train station continued, where many people had not yet been able to catch a train to return to her house due to the storm. Among the people still trapped in the station were people from her team.
