Rodolfo Sancho visited his son Daniel Sancho for the second time this Thursday in the Koh Samui prison (Thailand). In his first meeting, when addressing the media present outside the venue, the actor showed a defensive attitude towards the press and had very harsh words.

So much so, that many journalists criticized his behavior. Today, much calmer than yesterday, he wanted to speak to clarify what happened and qualify his words.

This Wednesday the long-awaited first meeting between Rodolfo Sancho and his son Daniel Sancho took place in the Koh Samui prison. The actor spoke to the Spanish press at the gates of the prison and, in those first moments, he addressed the family of the victim of Edwin Arrieta, to whom he wanted to “express condolences and my deepest condolences.”

In line with the statements he made last Tuesday to EFE, the actor also reiterated his respect for the Thai Justice and explained that he was waiting for the Prosecutor’s report. “Until that time we can’t do anything else,” he added on this matter.

In addition, Sancho, who already announced on his arrival in Thailand last Sunday that he would speak when the time came, also made it clear to the assembled journalists that it was the last time he was going to speak, and that he would appreciate it if they left.

“They think I’m lying on the ground, that’s not me,” he assured the most emphatic. “There are two ways of taking things in life, either as a misfortune or as a challenge. They will not get tears,” she settled. After these statements, Sancho refused to answer the questions from the journalists that he described as personal.

Rodolfo Sancho’s attitude was widely criticized on television sets. In fact, given the controversy raised, the actor himself, who yesterday assured he would not give statements again, wanted to address the press and qualify his words.

“Yesterday I came out of living a difficult moment in there,” he began by saying. “The image I gave was hard and arrogant, you know that I have always had a smile for you, it is a hard and complicated moment,” he continued.

“I want it to be understood that this is a mechanism that I use to feel firm, to feel strong and to help my son,” he added to clarify the circumstances surrounding those statements branded as somewhat resentful.
