A classic that never fails and with a little ham it is even more appetizing. However, we suggest a lighter variant: prepare the potatoes baked instead of fried; They will be crispier and not at all oily. Oven fried foods are an alternative to traditional frying that adds flavor and also subtracts calories and fat.

> 4 large potatoes

> 200 g of serrano ham

1. Finely cut the potatoes.

2. Transfer the potatoes to a baking tray covered with baking paper. Place them separately so that they do not cover each other. Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.

3. Take the potatoes out of the oven and transfer them to the plate or source where you are going to serve them. Add salt.

4. Fry the eggs in a pan so that the yolk is quite liquid.

5. Add the eggs over the potatoes.

6. Cut the ham into thin slices and serve them on top.

7. Finally, break the eggs to bring to the table with the liquid yolk on top of everything.
