The behavior of children in a restaurant can become a cause of discord between customers and hoteliers. No one is usually satisfied with the limitations, the rules of the premises or the activity of the little ones, who do not usually stop still even at meal time.
This difficult coexistence can end in discussion and a negative review for the restaurant, as happened in a case reported by the X Soy Camarero account, which is responsible for denouncing unworthy situations in the world of hospitality.
“They are scoundrels, they kicked us out because the children were playing the drum during Holy Week, when there is music and noise from people in the bar. The treatment of the owners is regrettable,” the customers write in the review.
But the owners of the establishment could not disagree more with his opinion, so they did not hesitate to respond to his review: “After a consecutive hour with the noise of three children playing drums inside and countless complaints from the rest of the customers, both to the staff and to you directly, we asked you politely and without disrespect to please stop.”
Furthermore, they denounce the attitude of the parents. According to the businessmen, their “only response” was to encourage the “children to continue playing with more intensity.” “Then they received direct complaints from more customers and you responded with insults that we have decided to ignore and not reproduce,” they continue.
And they make it clear that they have no problems with minors attending: “Children are always welcome as long as they are accompanied by educated adults.”
