Supermodel Gisele Bündchen is a renewed woman. Since her divorce from Tom Brady and her semi-retirement from the catwalks, the one who was the most famous model of the 2000s has more than one plan to live her life after more than two decades of success uninterrupted. Now, with one priority: her family.
The Brazilian model goes out of her way to care for her children, Benjamin (13) and Vivian (10), the result of her marriage to the famous American football player; but also for her another “team” of hers, her parents and her five sisters, with whom she has had the opportunity to spend a few days in her native Brazil.
A few days with family, of memories and tranquility, that the model has chosen to “present” to everyone through her Instagram account. In a previously unpublished photograph, Gisele poses with her five sisters -Raquel (49), Graziela (47), Patricia (43), Gabriela (41), and Rafaela (35); many of them unknown until now. An image in which they appear very smiling with her parents, Vânia and Valdir, whom they surround in a hug.
“Always in my hearts and prayers,” the model writes next to the carousel of images, which she accompanies with a heart emoji.
The entire family gathered for lunch, where they could enjoy the company of grandparents, aunts and cousins ??during a very special day. The model was also able to meet one of her nephews, born just a few months ago.
A meeting that was quite a challenge, as those who belong to such large families will know, since not all the sisters reside in Brazil. Now, the model has always assured that they maintain very frequent contact. “We are all very different, but we complement each other and help each other.”
Few know that the model is also Patricia’s twin sister, with whom she often poses on her networks and with whom she maintains a very special connection. On July 20, the two sisters celebrated their birthday in style, leaving a record of it on their respective Instagram accounts.
The model also presents her first cooking recipe book, Nourish, a project for which she is tremendously excited. News that comes just after the supermodel confessed that she thought about taking her own life when she was at the height of her career, at which time she also suffered from serious panic attacks.
“I was in a tunnel, I couldn’t breathe. I felt suffocated. I thought about jumping out of my apartment for a second,” the model confessed to journalist Lee Cowan on CBS News Sunday Morning on September 24. “I had this feeling of ‘if I jump, this is over and I’ll never have to worry about my world closing,'” she revealed, about her 23-year-old self.
Luckily, the model was able to get out of it. “When I think about that, I want to cry. I want to tell that Gisele that everything will be fine, that she hasn’t started living her life,” she says. “Now I live, it’s very different.”
