There are dogs that prefer to go unnoticed in the crowd. They don’t need much more than their owners and their favorite toys. But that is not the case with Huxley, a majestic brown Golden Retriever who attracts attention wherever he passes, and not only because of his unmistakable coat.
Huxley greets everyone wherever he goes. If he travels on a train, he changes seats to put his head on the passenger’s shoulder. He never gets married. He repeats it with several people in his own car, as can be seen in the video published on The Dodo account. He doesn’t care about transportation, he also spreads love on the English buses he passes by.
This Golden Retriever does not miss nor is he afraid of anyone, his owner says in the video. In general, his attitude is highly valued by the people he approaches. Some even brighten a hard day at work.
Judging by the video, Huxley can’t get enough of passengers on trains and buses. He also likes to attract attention in hotels. Together with Hugo, another Golden Retriever, he stands at the reception to greet those who pass by, but not before climbing on the table to demonstrate his affection for the workers. He accompanies them to the restaurant, although he does not eat anything due to his strict diet.
The dog is just as affectionate at home. He always has to be accompanying a member of the family. If Max goes to do homework or watch TV, Huxley is there, his head resting on his shoulder or any nearby surface.
