Six fire crews are working to extinguish a fire that broke out this Sunday afternoon in an appliance company in Sollana (Valencia) and that affects a large part of the facilities.

The Provincial Firefighters Consortium has reported that the industrial fire broke out at 3:43 p.m. this Sunday in a company located on Ireland Street in the aforementioned Valencian town.

Six fire crews from the Torrent, Silla, Catarroja, Burjassot, Alzira, Cullera parks are participating in the extinguishing work, as well as three command units: an officer, a sector chief and a sergeant.

The Generalitat Emergencies have reported that a Civil Guard patrol has also been mobilized and that at the time of the fire no one was inside the company except for security personnel.

In addition, he has indicated that the firefighters have requested that an SVB unit be mobilized for prevention and that Adif has been informed of the proximity of the fire to the train tracks.
