The municipal swimming pool in the Ayora neighborhood in Valencia has closed after detecting the presence of the legionella bacteria, according to municipal sources.
The discovery occurred this past Thursday during routine analyzes at the municipal premises.
In this way, the pool was closed to the public to apply the disinfection treatments established in the protocol.
According to the same sources, the facilities are expected to reopen normally this Tuesday, April 9, after the results of the analyzes carried out on Friday were negative and we are waiting to repeat these same controls this Monday.
