Pokémon GO fans have an appointment in Barcelona this weekend. On October 13 and 14, a Pokémon GO City Safari will be held in the Catalan capital with exclusive events and rewards. In order to participate, it is necessary to purchase a ticket for the safari, either for just one day or for both. Below, we tell you all the details.

The premise of this City Safari focuses on Professor Willow and an Eevee explorer – complete with hat –, who are carrying out an investigation in Barcelona. There will be activities throughout the city, although they will be mainly concentrated in the Westfield Glòries and Westfield La Maquinista shopping centers.

The City Safari will take place this Friday, October 13 and Saturday, the 14th. Both days the hours will be from 10 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon (Spanish peninsular time). From Niantinc, the company responsible for Pokémon GO, they invite trainers to visit the main monuments of the city to discover all the special rewards.

There are two different prices: 12 euros for a one-day ticket and 20 euros for a two-day ticket. Those users who are not sure how many days they want to participate can buy the individual ticket and then pay for an extra day add-on for 8 euros. So, no matter the modality, the price is the same.

Among the exclusive bonuses of the event are the first appearance of the Pokémon Skiddo, an increased chance of finding Shiny Pokémon, a half-price cost of Stardust to make trades, a four-hour duration of Lure Modules, and up to five special trades.

Additionally, trainers who participate in the City Safari will receive a custom Eevee and up to seven more Eevees. This event-exclusive Eevee can evolve into any of its known evolutions: so it can end up being a Vaporeon, a Jolteon, a Flaeron, an Espeon, an Umbreon, a Leafeon, a Glaceon or a Sylveon. All with explorer hats.

The one in Barcelona is the second city Safari organized by Pokémon GO and arrives just a week after the one in Seoul, South Korea. And, to close the year, Niantic is preparing a third safari in Mexico City for November 4th and 5th.
