In the same sense, the PP spokesperson has criticized the PSOE for negotiating with the independentists “in absolute secrecy”, and has assured that, “the only thing the Spaniards know is that they have not voted for this.” She has equated Sánchez’s methods with “commercial law”, stating that the acting president is considering “ideological financing” to obtain the 7 pro-independence votes that Sánchez needs to validate his presidency.
