In June 2022, Tamara Falcó excitedly received the keys to her new penthouse: an impressive home, still under construction, designed by architect Joaquín Torres as part of a promotion by the exclusive real estate agency Kronos Homes, of which the socialite is the image.
A penthouse valued at more than a million euros, but which the Marchioness of Griñón has begun to have objections to, even before moving there. Among other things, not having enough privacy on her terrace, where she has put up a “botanical blockade.” A home that is too “modern” and “very pretty off plan” for Tamara, who admits that she may have made a mistake when choosing her house.
Some words that did not sit too well with the architect responsible for the project, who although he assured that there was “zero controversy” with Tamara Falcó and asked her that if she did not like her house that she sell it, he did throw a dart at her shortly after, ensuring that the housing required “an aesthetic criterion,” and according to him, “this girl doesn’t have it.”
“In her day it was all very nice because she said she saw mom’s house. Now she doesn’t like it so much because it turns out that they see her,” said the architect, which caused Isabel Preysler’s daughter to also react through her Instagram account, ensuring that he was “happy to build a home with Íñigo [Onieva] and do it with all the support and team at Kronos,” including Joaquín Torres.
An exchange of words with forgiveness included with which the Marchioness of Griñón and the architect seem to have settled their differences. Something that Isabel Preysler also made sure of, who coincided with the architect at the La Paz Mortuary when they both came to say their last goodbye to Fernando Fernández Tapias, as Torres revealed.
“She approached me. We talked, she asked for my forgiveness,” the architect confessed, assuring that the socialite had been “all correct.” What’s more, to smooth things over, the architect even gave him some suggestions to solve his daughter’s privacy problem.
The architect also acknowledged that what happened to Tamra was completely normal, and did not hesitate to publicly thank the “generosity” of both Tamara and her mother for apologizing to him. “The thing is settled and more than settled,” he stated.
