María Pombo and Pablo Castellano continue to expand their real estate assets. The couple announced last August that a new house was being built in Cantabria, something that is a dream come true for the influencer, who has always wanted to have a small refuge in her favorite corner, where she spends time whenever she can.
The work on this luxurious house that they are building as a family refuge continues, but perhaps not as quickly as the couple would like. For this reason, they did not hesitate to make an express trip to Santander to see first-hand how everything was going. Once there, with a “happy heart” as the Madrid native stated, they did not hesitate to share some details of how the construction was progressing.
Among other things, the couple showed some details of the building, both inside and out; with the influencer even showing on her networks the pieces they were going to use for the entrance floor. Beautiful terracotta skirting boards with handmade design, an aesthetic and functional choice for any space.
“My dream under construction,” María Pombo confessed last summer. The influencer, of Cantabrian descent, has spent her entire life spending summers in the town of Ribamontán al Mar. “Cantabria is my place of absolute happiness, where I feel peace, disconnection, it is my paradise,” she told her followers a few months ago, ensuring that he wouldn’t change it for the world.
This new building is located in that same town. Specifically, on land in Galizano. Her partner’s plans were to have it to enjoy next Christmas, but as the Madrid native wondered in her Stories, she didn’t have it all together to have everything ready for that date.
A chalet-type house, with wooden beam ceilings, some already painted white. The house has exterior stone finishes, large windows and a large green estate with views of the mountains.
A property where they would have exceptional neighbors: the parents and sisters of the influencer, still emotionally hungover from the romantic wedding of Marta Pombo and Luis Zamalloa, held last weekend. They are all building a house on the same land.
The land, half of which was acquired by donation in 2021 and the other half by sale in 2022, is very close to one of the couple’s favorite spots, Langre beach, one of the most important in the autonomous community and located in a attractive mountainous environment, where they take the opportunity to escape whenever they have the opportunity.
“They could invite me to the best hotel in the world and I would say no, because there is no place where I would be happier than in Tierruca,” confessed María Pombo, who hopes to start 2024 in this new vacation home with her husband and children. Martin and Vega.
From there, several photos were taken, before traveling back to Santander, enjoying a meal at a well-known steakhouse and heading back to Madrid, ending that whirlwind trip.
