Formula 1 does not rest and lands at the Autódromo de los Hermanos Rodríguez, in Mexico. This is the nineteenth round of the world championship that Max Verstappen has already won, in the drivers’ category, and Red Bull in the constructors’ category. Sergio ‘Checo’ Pérez who is confident of achieving a good result at his home, while the teams continue to keep an eye on the reliability of their components.

With Verstappen already world champion, we have to keep an eye on the other drivers and in what positions they manage to finish the world championship. Sergio Pérez remains second with 240 points and Lewis Hamilton is third with 201. He has 18 points ahead of Fernando Alonso (183 points) who had the goal of finishing the world championship ahead of his former teammate. Only 12 points below the Oviedo player and in fifth position is his compatriot Carlos Sainz (171 points).

The Hermanos Rodríguez Autodromo has its complexity. And it is located more than 2km above sea level, which makes the 4.3 km loop an impressive experience. The track still largely follows the contour of the original 1959 circuit, the main difference being that the spectacular (and spectacularly terrifying) Peralta Curve is now split in two, and the circuit passes by the former Foro Sol baseball stadium, providing a of the most unique views of F1.

The first official race was held in 1963 and was won by Jim Clark. Max Verstappen is the one who has accumulated the most victories on the track, four; while Sergio Pérez has never won on his home circuit.
