The Villalba Cercanías station has resumed its service after the Civil Guard ordered it to be evacuated after receiving a warning about a bomb threat in a suspicious backpack.

It was at 3:20 p.m. this Thursday when the alarm was received and Renfe, by order of the Benemérita, cut off train lines C3-A, C8 and C10 from passing through the station, which have been affected. due to long delays.

The GEDEX, specialists in explosives deactivation from the Civil Guard, have gone to the site and have verified that there was no presence of any explosives on the platforms, walkways or stairs.

Once it was confirmed that it was a false alarm, the circulation of trains at said station has resumed, gradually recovering their usual frequencies, as Renfe sources have informed EFE.
