At the beginning of April, Helena Resano returned to television to once again be in charge of the first edition of La Sexta Noticias after facing a difficult health setback. It was last March 14 when the Atresmedia presenter revealed through her social networks that she had had to be admitted urgently for a health problem.

At first, the journalist did not want to give many details about her state of health. However, days later, he was honest on his Instagram profile: ”In those endless moments in the MRI tube I reminded myself that I had forgotten that what was most valuable, my health, I had left aside. That all the anguish she had because the week’s commitments were beginning to falter, didn’t matter. She couldn’t do anything if she wasn’t okay.”

As the communicator explained on her social networks, she had to be admitted to the hospital after suffering paralysis on the left side of her body, mainly affecting her left leg. After spending a week in the hospital, the medical team decided to discharge the journalist, but with very clear guidelines: ”I’m going home. With a whole plan ahead to recover 100%. I have to stop. Recover well. And gain strength to be the same as always.

For this reason, the presenter had to be absent from her professional duties at La Sexta. But after almost four weeks away from her television set, Helena Resano returned to take charge of her program on April 4. ”See you at 2:30 p.m. on La Sexta Noticias,” she announced on her social networks.

This past Thursday, the journalist shared on her social networks how she was experiencing her return to work after her health setback. The presenter shared a video on her Instagram stories in which we can see her giving way to a standing news story. ”First times. Standing again, even if it’s just for a “little while,” she wrote next to the video. Today, Friday, April 12, Resano has continued showing her return to television, uploading an image from the same set. ”It’s Friday. They’re going to scold me for this photo. I know,’ she wrote.
