A few days ago, during the investiture session, Sánchez accused Isabel Díaz Ayuso and her family of a possible case of corruption. The politician, who followed the session in the guest gallery of Congress, could not keep quiet in such a situation and uttered a somewhat clear “son of a bitch.” However, shortly after, her team responded with humor that what the President of the Community of Madrid had really said was that she “liked fruit.”
Since that moment, the phrase has become a right-wing slogan to attack with humor and irony the socialist leader who has been sworn in as president of our country. As a result of this, the influencer Carla Barber has uploaded a photo to the stories of her Instagram account in which you can see her son having a snack next to a phrase that many have interpreted as a dart to Sánchez: ‘ ‘We like fruit.’
